Because we are a Fear Free Certified facility, we get pets from all over the area that have already learned to be afraid at a vet hospital. Sometimes, just coming into Applebrook (because of pheromones and special cleaning techniques), pets are already more comfortable. We hear this every day. But, of course, fear cannot be “unlearned” and sometimes we need a little pharmaceutical help to make things better.
